Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

The first step is simply reaching out. Let's set up a 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about your situation and answer any questions you have.

Step 2: Choose the Right Service

After our conversation, we'll determine which service fits your needs best or get you referred to the correct services.

Step 3: Complete Intake Paperwork

Before our session, you'll receive intake paperwork based on the service. Feel free to take a look at the forms below that I use in my practice.

Step 4: Your First Appointment

To schedule, you'll get a link to my calendar to schedule a time that works for you. At your first session, we'll begin outlining a plan and next steps.
