Social Early Neutral Evaluations
Resolving Disputes Faster.
A Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE) is an expedited process designed to resolve custody and parenting time disputes efficiently.
Neutral and Confidential
In a SENE, the evaluators (usually two) provide a neutral, confidential opinion on potential outcomes if parents were to continue to litigate for custody or parenting time in the Court system. The SENE team typically contains a licensed mental health professional and an attorney. Parties (with or without attorneys) will present their concerns and important issues in their situation. The evaluators will provide their feedback that parties may or may not adopt. As an evaluator, I am dedicated to maintaining impartiality and ensuring confidentiality throughout the mediation process. I strive to treat all parties with respect and give each equal consideration.
Resolution and Solution-Focused
As an evaluator, my approach is centered on being solution-oriented and ensuring efficient resolution processes. I understand the need to avoid unnecessary delays and inefficiencies, keeping mediation proceedings focused and productive. Whether dealing with complex legal disputes, interpersonal conflicts, or family matters, I am committed to streamlining the process and helping participants move forward with clarity and confidence. My aim is to achieve outcomes that address the immediate needs of all parties while fostering long-term sustainability and mutual satisfaction. By focusing on solutions, I work to create lasting, positive impacts for everyone involved.
Child-Oriented
I prioritize the well-being and best interests of children in every evaluation. As a doctoral-level mental health professional, I take a child-centered approach, recognizing the significant impact that parental conflict can have on a child's emotional and psychological development. My commitment is to ensure that children's needs are always the top priority. Whether addressing custody, parenting plans, or other family matters, I collaborate with parents to develop solutions that promote stability and focus on their children’s well-being. My goal is to help parents make informed decisions that lead to positive outcomes for their children, both now and in the future.
