Therapy services are available for all individuals and types of relationships. I will work with you to see how we can make things better for you personally, in relationships, and at home. Finding the right mental health care can be stressful and it's hard to know where to start. Let's work together to get your needs met and feel good about getting started.
I understand the importance of your relationship with your therapist. Actually, research has shown that the "therapeutic alliance" is the biggest predictor of change in therapy and matters more than what approach your therapist takes. I'm happy to make referrals if you are interested in finding other care to meet your needs.
